Reading the Hugo's

The Hugo Awards are given every year to the "best" science fiction or fantasy creations published the previous year. I am on a mission to read every novel and novella Hugo Award winner from 1990 to the present. I haven't read many of them as I am fairly new to adult SFF, only having read them in the past five years or so. I think it will be interesting not only to see if more sci-fi or fantasy wins these, but also to see how the popular themes and styles have evolved in just 30ish years.

For the next two, I did not enjoy the first book in the series Shards of Honor, so I will not be continuing the Vorkosigan Saga. You can find my review for the first book HERE

Update: I do plan on giving this series another try as I have heard it gets better as it goes.
